Our Trainers

Punam Singh

Punam is a certified and Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teacher who received her formal yoga teacher training in 2003 from the Art of Living Foundation in Bangalore, India.

Her  parents introduced her to yoga at a very early age (maybe 7-8 years old). She is a regular practitioner of yoga and strong believer in the benefits it has brought to her as a human being. Punam recently completed a seven-day yoga teacher refresher course at the Art of Living Center in Montreal, which she thoroughly enjoyed.

She has been  associated with the Art of Living Foundation since 2005 and believes strongly in its values and philosophy. Punam has given yoga courses in Muscat, Abu Dhabi and Mississauga. She thinks everyone who has a strong desire to improve their mental and physical health should do yoga.
