WHY 108?

The power of a collective ohmmmmmm…

The number 108 carries spiritual significance in many cultures. It has become a tradition for yoga practitioners to perform 108 sun salutations. This is most often done in large groups and often as an offering of peace or hope. On September 15, participants across the world will transcend barriers of age, culture and physical ability to take the 108 sun salutation challenge, as symbolic offering of hope to children around the world and to spread the message of universal education.
